probably. im actually not sure how exactly community flags work as ive only used them in the first weeks of the forum when it was still funny.
but from observation it seems like you can just flag bomb stuff you dont like to collapse/hide it. it for sure has nothing to do with the veracity or decency of a post.
if you name the tsar without clothes by name though, they make charlie delete your post. actually, my post, talking about my posts.
There are a couple of trolls on the forum. You’ll see who they are if you stick around. No one needs to call them out by name. They’ll do that themselves. I put them on ignore a few weeks ago & the forum is a much more enjoyable place. When you start seeing a pattern with someone’s comments, click on their username, and you’ll see a dropdown menu in the top right. Select ignore, not muted. Problem solved.

Legally, that won’t do unless it’s Creative Commons’ three less restrictive tiers.
Those require you to only credit the original creator and for you to make money.
Since you’re putting this on monetized platforms, whether you’re earning or not, puts you in a legal mess if anyone actually cared. The glorious thing is that no one is going to care aside from YouTube bots until you get hundreds of thousands or even millions of views.
When that happens, whatever you’ve created using the content gets wiped off the interwebs, and you’re open to litigation.
