I’ve been market band and I need to help. My account got hacked so I couldn’t use market anymore when I got my account back. Need help.

You can file a support ticket top-left of crossout.net. If you’ve gotten your account back, that would imply Support was involved. Did they tell you to enable 2-Factor Authentication in your profile at crossout.net? If you’re playing through Steam, the issue could be more complicated. Steam players may have to first link an e-mail that hasn’t been linked to any Gaijin account/game, in the Steam launcher. Or you’d have to use another e-mail, or ask Support for help.

They’re supposed to help when someone’s account gets hacked. That’s how it works. I’m surprised that Support would refuse helping in a situation they normally help.
