this wep ‘feels’ Legendary… 
It has a huge flow - slow turn rate. I got no problem at all fighting them with piercers. Might as well complain about hulk durability, although yes, need either slight nerf or up PS. 1650 maybe? devs intended it to be some low PS Reaper… making it stand next to one isn’t what they are aiming at.

No to the op. Miller’s are fine as is.
