What does this mean??
For those of you that have no idea how I got here, in the top right where the events are (battlepass, minipass, weekly brawl, etc.) there’s usually a “coming soon” thing that pops up. If you click any of these events, they do different things, like the battlepass/minipass show you the reward chain or the weekly brawl has a brawl description that pops up. The “coming soon” one right now has this weird message.
Now for my attempt at deciphering this: I think we’re getting that brawl from a while back with the little spider drones and the big upscaled car as a boss spider. I think the devs just did a small oopsie in making this window and didn’t change it before it made it into the game. Alternatively, maybe the code had an issue?? I’m not sure, I’m not a coder.

New temporary PvE event
The Wasteland is under a sudden attack by terminids spiders. Thousands of them! You will need to get a couple of friends and use the battle walkers prepared for you to raid the lair of those hellish insects. It’s time for pest control!
This PvE event features many new mechanics that were not in the game before. We don’t want to spoil the surprise and tell you everything right now, but rest assured that you’re in for an intense (and creepy) battle.

Sometimes, placeholders or unfinished event pages slip into live versions due to small oversight, and your guess about the spider drone brawl returning could be spot on. It’s possible the “coming soon” message was meant for something else, but didn’t get swapped before launch. If it’s a coding issue, it might get patched soon—developers usually catch and adjust these things quickly. Keep an eye out for updates, and who knows? Maybe we’ll see the return of that chaotic, spider-filled event!
