Anyone else missing numerous parts (Cabb, structural, component, weapons) from purchased packs and if so, how do I get Gaijin to issue these parts?

They’ll lock down your account if you do that. You just put in a support ticket and wait till they get back to you.
They also have a notice that their support is very slow right now:
Copy that. Ticket has been placed. In your experience have they replaced missing parts for people in the past?
Most of the replacements generally have been un-tradable but the circumstances were different. i.e. a person says they were hacked and the replacements were the above versions. i.e. no way to prove or disprove that the person with the request wasn’t also the hacker trying to make money of scamming them.
In any case they were always slow fixing it though.
