ML 200 walkers

Are just dominating every 4k to 5k matches

something must be done on the devs end.

yeah 2 walkers infront soaking up the damage, rocket launchers hidden at the side or below, go build yourself a meta build

how about not allowing legs in missions with less than 6500 PS? just implement movement parts check and if it is ml - then you wil be sent to 6500+ PS missions even if you have less PS/
or how about implementing checking if there are legs on opposite side of car. if there are legs - no penalties, if there are no legs - movement speed will be reduced by half(same as myriade strafe speed).

4K is just broken.

ML 200 walkers and rocket launchers is what every seal clubber uses there
They seem to have 2000+ hp, their guns are hidden and cant be removed, they laugh at melee builds

Can you point out some of the builds that you think are dominating using the legs at that PS. Instead of asking Dev’s to deal with it maybe we could try to come up with an effective counter build or attack stratagem ourselves? It’s not like we have that much to really do on here.

Just an odd idea that player made dilemma’s could have player driven solutions. Build challenges are kind of amusing anyway.

You can use custom brawls to find a solution. One guy makes one of the ml-200 terror builds and the rest of us can make a build to counter it, play it out live in a custom brawl, and see what works best, posting results and pictures here.

Who plays this PS score?? If you’re complaining at this level , then this game isn’t for you. Get better!!

about 80% of the playerbase?

Exaggerating much?

if you seriously think that in a game, that relies solely on getting as many newbies in as possible so they would buy a few packs before realizing the game is p2w slop and leave (and thus relies on excessive sponsorships and marketing), the majority of playerbase wouldn’t be in the newbie accessible matchmaking range, then you have issues, but again, “@psn” players amirite

also less than 50 clans on 200+ rating (it was, like, 70 a year ago. to compare with 2020 numbers, there was 400 clans alone on 450+ rating). also i see the same nicknames in CC for years now with a ~30 second matchmaking downtime. also there’s barely any players in raids (it’s almost impossible to get a full 4-player group in any raid except invasions, and maybe light raids)

i could go on but i don’t think i should. the battle is already won on my side

The problem is, counter builds dont work, when you specialize against a certain enemy, you get chewed up by the other different enemies

I’ve noticed when I make a counter build, the matchmaking puts me into a different bracket of weapon types.

I rarely see crossbows, but when I equip them, all of a sudden half the players have them. Same with Fortunes. I’ve never seen Fortunes used, but the first match I used them there just happens to be other Fortune users. If I equip autocannons, I then face the copy/paste ML200 + autocannon on back builds.

No weapon can stop them within this HP range; even shooting them in the legs just tickles them.

Ive been thinking about a hover build and boosters with a harvester pointing downwards, icarus 1 hovers in the front to heighten the build to attack them from above.

Also they are prone to flipping, even if it doesnt look like it, attach a skinner from the side with a car having enough speed and weight, they will flip.

lol, lmao even

In most of my experience most of the low PS ML walkers you can normally take out from the rear using shotguns and a cloak. Unless they are using a really narrow walker or have a center rear leg it generally works.

While walkers are indeed annoying they aren’t undefeateble. They don’t have any meaningful cab HP, they are slow moving so you can easilly degun them and there’s only two legs (destroy one and it will barely be able to move).

I can think of a few builds on this PS range that can reliably (and quite easilly) take down these walkers. That drifting cab (i still don’t know how to properly spell its name lmao, jannabi?), three synthesis or summators and you’re set, just keep your distance and taking down the walker wouldn’t be a problem. Also there’s a teal bulky autocannon that’s really good if you just go as close as possible
Theoretically you also can make a hover, medians are pretty good, machineguns like fidget / piercer / sinus could work too

Think of them as a test. You wouldn’t be able to defeat them if your build is bad. You need to use tactics and builds that also would work on higher PS ranges from now on.

So your advice is, join the direct pewpew crew?
We know crossout devs favor these weapons over all others, thats how they hook players coming from other shooter games, and so many other weapons get ignored.
Its just sad it has come to this, forcing players to sell out on their creativity, and join the direct pewpew crew.
