My build is defying physics!

So I was playing with my widget wheels, trying to make a motorcycle. I added a skinner to make it more fun, and was testing it out. I harpooned the top of the doorway to the garage on the outside wall, while full sending it and had the widgets up. As I was flung upward, I put the widgets down by accidentally pressing the wrong key, and well… this happened:

I am “floating” and stuck on the invisible ceiling of the garage. I put the widgets back up (or down, IDK anymore) so they were closer to the cabin and it didn’t unstuck. Yes, I could just press the escape button and continue, but I wanted to share this wonky moment with you all before I did.

I found it silly that this could happen, but now I’ll attempt to explain the “why” this happened. Please note that I have no idea what is going on here.

So I think the widget wheels don’t actually “detect” if there’s terrain between the “up” and “down” before you push them down. Instead, they probably have a wheel hitbox that kind of “teleports” between the 2 stages. When the wheel goes into the ground the build is probably being pushed out by the terrain due to the collision. In this case, the wheel is surrounded by collisions on all sides, this equaling out any movement, and thus making it “stuck” in the ceiling.

Again: note that I have never done computer software, physics engines, or anything computer-adjacent other than opening task manager, and therefore have no idea what is happening here. This is just a guess.

If anyone has a better explanation please tell me. :sob:
