Nerf imugis

Broken ass weapon that should not be in the game. Their perk doesn’t cause the projectiles to be gradually drawn to your vehicle, once they get within 3.5m they literally teleport onto the closest part of your vehicle. When they hit the ground rolling they suddenly stop and linger there which means you cannot even trust that incoming barrage to roll past you.

the grenades are incredibly hard to see as well. i have 2 imugis but i just wanted the set for pve and pve events. i want to get 2 of the crossbows to but idk if ill be able to make that before the pass ends.

Everyone (including me) are playing them right now, because anyone who bought the cheap battlepass just unlocked getting a second one (and it’s the obvious choice to spend lighters on).

It’s not bad, but also not that OP. But when several people on a team are playing them, it’s got to be annoying.
Give it a couple weeks and most of us will have moved on to other weapons.

I don’t think they need a nerf. Pretty rare that I actually get killed by them, and I’ve only managed to get a few MVPs with them. Lots of other legendary weapons are stronger.

I do think they should removed the beeping countdown thing. It’s not useful, and it’s annoying.

Why is it the obvious choice to spend lighters on?

Its not even possible to play corridor maps anymore because of all the imugi spam on top of dooms. Not even with snipers is it a good idea because somebody is going to keep spamming indirect fire down towards you from 250m away.

how far can a charged doom shoot? do you have any ideas? i see they dont go far uncharged but my range is small so i cant properly test them. would you say they go farther then 500m?
i have my fortunes fused for projectile speed and those go VERY far but im curious as to how far dooms go. i cant imagine how far fused ones for projectile speed would go… :skull_and_crossbones:

Dooms arent bad for prefire but they hit like lances. Imugi spam b dreadful rn.

I came across a lot of them in BFU but was running such a heavy armoured build they barely scratched me. Still… I couldn’t imagine playing a fast light build or a hover regularly anymore. Couple of times I’ve played a hover recently its always just randomly lost one or 2 because of these stupid things. It’s utterly infuriating because there’s no counter to them either, just get randomly spammed across the map and they are almost impossible to see and don’t show up or get highlighted by modules.

How to make the game less fun… introduce this kind of crap!

can they be destroyed by the argus? im assuming not since they move so fast…

Argus doesnt work against anything which is why its so cheap. I have tried it on my Joule brawler and it cannot shoot off projectiles without line of sight. If you are driving forwards it will not remove imuggos from your sides or front. From any angle it will not shoot imuggos off if they are frame level.

Yeah it can be annoying, but at least they seem to have stealth-nerfed how it was the very moment it came out (invisible projectiles traveling at the speed of light to reach all the way to the other end of the map within a second) and by performance, these things are not too op imo, they don’t dish out too extreme of damage most of the time and loose a straight up 1v1 pretty frequently

It’s not bad though, but by itself rather than 4+ players on enemy team spamming these they’re not too bad

I don’t know if they are OP but because everyone and their dog play them I put argus or kami on all my builds and I destroy them. Argus is a bit hit and miss because the grenades can be hidden but kami is garanteed temporary invincibility against the weapon. :slight_smile:
Added benefit : They also destroy the bolts of the new crossbow.
