Knowing that this game is dying it’s probably a good idea to get a new playstyle and a game mode to save it. So my idea is that they add buildable aircraft with their own separate game mode, that can go with helicopters. So essentially, you can build f-22s biplanes, anything you really want to as long as it’s aircraft type stuff and you can add on ailerons, engines, everything that goes on to a plane. Everything required anyway. I personally think that this could revive the game and get a ton of new creative perspectives into it, and it would be a great update overall. Gaijin, I hope you read and I hope you consider adding this, if not actually add it.
they were originally going to do a raid with helis but for some reason that just never came out. idk if its still in development or not but we havent herd anything about it from the devs so we believe its abandoned.
second:
this would be quite complicated to do in crossout considering planes arent a thing in here. even if they were the devs would need to make a map where it could work. the map would need to be huge, sort of like adventure or a map in warthunder and i doubt the devs want to invest time into that. on top of this putting plane parts on vehicles would be a bit… complicated… you would need to make parts specifically for flying like wings, rudders, tail fins, etc and i think we have enough cash grabs but you never know, it might happen.
imo though i find it a fun idea to have planes in here in their own mode. i like the idea of flying around in a plane attacking ground bots and doing missions in either a plane or ground vehicle. it would be like warthunder but with the crossout twist. having some airplane artillary and airplane guns would be fun to. eh, i guess we will see what they do in the future though. hopefully a massive update comes with some amazing things.
Though it would be difficult and time consuming, i still think it would be worth it. It would likely bring the game back and open new forms of creativity, and a few starter packs (not a ton of paid packs though that partly killed the game)
