New legs

ummm… the legs are called “driver” and its stats are this
max speed: 50 km/h
tonnage: 9000kg
cabin power: -60%
25% resistance to blast
30% resistance to ram
20% resistance to melee

durability: 2110
mass: 2250

… dude… that hp on those legs is way to fucken strong… i get these are supposed to be slow and bulky but the fricken ml-200s were armored legs and even THOSE didnt get as much hp as these damn things!

Keep in mind that you can fuse them and then add colossus to your build. Literally 2770 hp without any dmr. With dmr it will be much worse.

Their speed is ~106 with perk and colossus too. Considering that any walker builds weakpoint is their legs… nah this is way too OP. But the next BfU in may will be walker legs + wheels, so clearly there’s a reason why they made these legs so stong :))))

im walking around with them in the test range and these are ALOT more stable then other legs. the other legs wobble like a cartoon washing machine, these on the other hand? alot less wobble and more stability. i like how they function but man idk…

fusing gives 10% so an extra 211 hp to them. the colossus gives a 20% boost… does the colossus take in the fusion effect to?
that would be at 2321 and the 20% boost would be 232 + 232 = 464 so 2785 hp if my math is correct.

Yes. That’s the funny part

Stock punji has 144 hp. It takes 182 hp if paired with the goliath and machinist

Let’s swap it with a fuzed punji (only 14 hp more)

219 hp

Instead of 14hp, there’s a 37 hp difference
So yes, +hp bonuses do stack.

well ill be damned…
but the real question is… these things have limited movement speed… do engines effect its max movement speed?
oyabun, pegasus, golden eagle and colossus all have the effect to raise the movement part max speed. im wondering if they work for these legs…

Yes. And its perk stacks from any movement speed bonuses.

Stock is 50 kph and 100 with perk.

hmm… well damn…
the only downside is them being a pack item.
also they work both in forward and reverse with the perk. 100 going forward and about 94 or 96 backwards.

I bought the lite pack to check them out. They’re interesting, and moreso because it looks like they’re wearing ballooned-out pants. Funny thing, I had a chat just the other day with some bedlam folks about possible CKs for the mech legs, and suggested they get pants and shoes. The devs must’ve heard me.
