New pass themes

So due to the way they are running the game now (spamming big passes) they will eventually add a ton of new factions or shoehorn certain themes into existing factions, which got me thinking, what kinds of new “factions” (theme for new parts) would you guys want to see or expect to see, free discussion concerning them basically

I am pretty sure they will add a steampunk faction at some point, full on steam power, brass parts, leather buckles and rusted metal. I know it’s a very easy cop-out when it comes to themes, but once they exhaust all their creativity it is pretty much the most obvious option

Another possible one would be the blatant gothic arhitechture one, with all the members of said faction larping as vampires and pretty much being the goths of crossout, dressing in long leather coats and using heavy amounts of black and white face paint, their cars blatantly pikes and vampire castles

id love a nuclear faction that specializes in nuclear weaponry. they do ALOT of damage but also either dont have much hp or theres a big risk / reward kind of thing. would love some nuclear fuze drones, maybe some nuclear missiles. maybe a mortar that has a powerful explosion radius or some nuclear mines. or proximity mines that are like balls that bounce when you fire them and explode like sea mines dealing damage the closer to the center of the blast they are.

there can also be an acid / decay faction that specializes in acidic weaponry like tossing barrels of highly corrosive acid that blankets an area like the jotun/incinerator.

the steampunk one would be fun.

but would they even add these in? if so theyd most likely make the blueprints event only so thats the downside. :unamused:

The founders are a rather unused goldmine, lately it’s just been syndicate and ravagers for the most part

More construction equipment things could be cool, like a sawblade launcher without ripper ground mechanics, maybe a 12 energy meelee weapon that’s a massive crane arm where instead of a bucket you have some kind of spinning meelee blades instead, huge part with massive hp but the effectiveness area of 2 buzzsaws or something, and a very strange shape

Maybe wheels even bigger than bigfoot, or double “tank” tracks (construction crane)

Possibly a pile driver machine jury rigged into a projectile weapon with the flight mechanics of the old avalanche, massive damage, and counts as a “crossbow” with the most massive crossbow “bolt” imaginable that acts more like a solid object shot into a build rather than just a single bolt. Perk could be that if it hits an enemy, it adds X tonnage to overall build weight for a few secs before the projectile “falls off” (disappears) so basically you get shot by this, a huge heavy bolt sticks to you and slows you down like your own build was too heavy (or does nothing if you got the mass limit and power to handle it)

Maybe for a support module, something jury rigged from portable coolers where the construction crews usually keeps the beers, that when activated instantly cools down your guns, but also makes them and any radiators and coolers on your build 100% frozen (blue) instantly. And a very long reload so it can’t be taken too much advantage of in the current bulletspam meta crossout.

I just realized that we had a second founders season thingy with Parsers and Arguments
Can’t really blame me for forgetting Parsers though, they could be slapped onto any other faction and nobody would question it or remember they are a Founders part technically
