Ok after a long break away from playing clan confrontation I am currently in the process of updating my porc clan confrontation build but I am limited to 65 kph when it is suppose to top out at 71. I got 2 atoms in the front and 2 omnis in the back. Can anyone explain what is going here? All wheels are clearly touching the ground but it tops out at 65 kph like wtf?
no offense but that build is meh in the first place x)
obviously this is a console build so some things might be different there. porcs aren’t good on 8-9k ps for us, though.
if you really want to use porcs may i suggest trying a hover porc?
Don’t like hovers, not my style!
You do know I play pc right! I normally use dual meatgrinders but they nerfed too the ground way too much.
Also the omnis in the back helps with the handling has opposed to straight up 4 omnis or 4 atoms
I eat porc hovers for lunch with my ground based porc builds
oh lol, i’ve got confused because there’s gamepad triggers on the second picture
Tried it out with another vertical angle wheel combo by mixing bigfoot/buggy and bigfoot/claw and I got the full 71 kph
Now I did try spacing the omnis and atom apart a bit further and got a little more speed and managed to get it to 69 kph but still not good enough.
It’s little adjustments like this that make the game fun. But then the dev comes along and says you’re exploiting the system and starts nerfing everything to the ground.
I know this sucks! I wanted a bit of vertically too so I can get the porc shots out over my teammates because all the bricks just block my shots. So then I got to get around them and I need to be able to control my build and prioritizing handling on this build. The omnis/atom combo seemed to be a god send until I noticed I wasn’t getting my full speed. Omnis is wonky! atoms slide too much but the two of them combined seems to find the perfect sweet spot.
Alrighty I came up with an even better concept and Is currently a work in progress that I will prob use in 10k bfu. It will be a sideways build that uses meatgrinders and omnis and will be the most op thing in crossout!!!. I’m also gonna make a high ps version out of a eqws build has well has a back bone but tthat one is gonna be a whole different animal and will require lots of my very limited brain power(that one is just gonna use plain meatgrinders)
