Why in the USA in California in the center of Silicon Valley I’m have ping 120ms? When I lived in Europe (Poland), the ping was 10ms. Playing such a dynamic game with such a ping is simply not possible!

My snarky reply would be that everything in California sucks. 
Seriously though… Maybe the servers were closer to you on Poland and/or were not as seriously burdened.
That’s all conjecture, though.
just an idea here…but…maybe…put some of that Silicon Valley money into a couple servers to help us out here in Cali?? No pressure.
