The title is self-explanatory.
Sometimes you just get a good random team and you wanna immedeatly invite them to play with you
If u are LEADER then you can chat him and inv him via the chat menu (i think right click on PC) but be aware inviting via chat during a match results in a broken matchmaking for the rest of your group i mean for your existing team members if u are already grouped in this moment. They better leave the group after the match and You reinvite them again. Otherwise it happens often that they click ready but the systems says they are still not ready - and the time counter doesnt start for a new match.
