Raid PS limits

Here’s an interesting idea for the Devs.
There’s a minimum PS for raids, how about a maximum? It’s extremely irritating going into an Easy Raid & seeing people with 10,000 PS vehicles ripping through the raid & not letting new players or people like me that just enjoy playing low PS vehicles a chance to enjoy the game. There’s times I’m trying to complete challenges & I’m finding it very difficult because of these players. Challenges like “Win X-number of Battles in Easy (or Normal) Raids”. Now imagine a new player try to level up & they’re struggling because someone is getting all the kills with an over powered vehicle in an Easy Raid. They can become quickly discouraged & stop playing.

You make a good point… and I’m guilty of being the dude with a 10K+ build ripping through the raids just because I want to speed run the weekly challenge.

Lately, if I do that, I’m at least doing it in something completely absurd looking.

On some maps, I’ll even just lay back, let the rest of the team do the heavy lifting & make sure we don’t lose. So, the lower PS dudes are doing most of the raid & I’m sipping a nice Cabernet and nibbling on Gouda.

The problem is they’ve made the harder raids take so long almost no one wants to waste their time doing them. Then, so the easy raids are easy farming.

The Devs clearly don’t play the game or they’d fix it… make the raids fun enough to play that we’d sit through a 15 minute hard raid or make the rewards worth the time & effort.

I’m a little confused why high PS allies would make it hard to complete challenges.
If anything, having those players on your team should guarantee that you will finish the raid.

“Winning” a raid doesn’t mean getting the most points, it just means that your team won. Stronger allies means a more likely win.

Even if you are just talking about the resource rewards, there’s not a huge difference between what the high PS players will get from a raid.

I don’t think he meant it makes it hard to win, but hard to enjoy… that much I agree with, and I’m sometimes one of the bozos doing what he’s complaining about.

It’s not just about completing the Raids though. I got my sons into playing. One of them still plays & the other rarely plays. The one that rarely plays just doesn’t find the game as much fun because he doesn’t get much of a chance to do any real fighting because of the high PS players destroying most of the enemies before he gets the chance to do much.

Waitaminutethere. Completing challenges is not difficult when you have high PS players on your team, especially if you’re doing easy/normal raids.

Having fun is the whole other matter. If you’re low PS then yes, it is irritating. The reason as to why I stated above.

Sorry…I wasn’t completely clear in what I was saying.
Yes…it does make it easier, however, it takes away so much of the fun when you’re left feeling like you’re just along for the ride because you’re not doing much fighting because you don’t get the chance to do much fighting.

Yeah, well, that thing about small playerbase is still very much on.

actually there is sort of. if i run my high ps vehicle on an easy raid i usually get alot more points then my allies. and in the end i end up with at least double the amount of resources they get from the raid. i tested this and i usually come out with about 50 - 60 with 56 being the middle ground i usually get in easy raids. i know my allies get alot less then that because my guns just kill everything so fast, and dont get me started on someone running retchers, they just hog all the kills. i usually just run 4 arbiters and i get kills like no tomorrow.

i only do easy raids for the 6 i need for the weekly challenges. i never go more then that cause it isnt worth it. i usually am always doing medium raids but i just get the easy ones out of the way when its steel cradle because its the fastest raid to do.

the weeklies are not based on your score. so long as you go in and get the minimum score youll get rewards and itll count towards your weeklies. however i understand, you want to go in and blow stuff up. it can be frustrating to have high ps builds in there but honestly normal raids arent worth the effort. the rewards are low, but for a beginner its worth it cause of the money the copper gives. i like to hoard my resources though lol.
all in all though dont worry to much about it. just keep hoarding those resources!

You shouldn’t feel guilty if the developers don’t think that way and do nothing about it, I’m still just saying that separate balancing is what will save raids

bro, i think youre not listening to the guy. he said his kid doesnt enjoy this type of gameplay and you respond by whats efficient reward/time-wise which is not what “enjoyment” means or is about.

its a crossout illness to think its fun because its efficient in terms of grinding despite being repetitive and dull to no end. snap out of it, brother!
