Raids could use an update

I might be completely out of touch. Maybe everyone else likes the things that I dislike about these modes, but I’ll share my own experience to see if people think it makes sense.

  • Not only I but the majority of people in my clan and contact list avoid wasting fuel on normal/hard raids except for Frontier Defense. This is especially true for Steel Cradle, which usually rewards between 1/3 to 1/2 of the loot you get from Frontier Defense even when you get a much higher score than everyone else in your team. I don’t know how to fix this but perhaps simply adding more bots so the reward is similar between all modes would be a solution.
  • I have often encountered the issue where Scavenger bots will get themselves stuck before even reaching the players/objective. I’m not sure if it happens in easy raids, but I’ve seen a lot of Scavenger bots getting stuck in a corner or random piece of terrain while I was farming plastic and electronics. Maybe it has something to do with the placement of their movement parts, I don’t know. I haven’t observed this issue with bots from any other faction.
  • Make it so we only waste fuel when the raid is over. It’s no secret that Crossout has a lot of crash issues even with modern hardware, not to mention connectivity issues. I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t enjoy losing 40 or 60 L of fuel when it’s not my fault.

Edit: I meant Scavengers, not Engineers.

true with lobby disconnection

Raids are very stale, I only do plastic raid if absolutely have to, and any time I enjoy it even a little is when it’s steel cradle, mostly out of it taking the least amount of time in general

They just consume way too much time and aren’t fun to play at all

Frontier defense and escorting the tanker etc just goes on and on and on and it’s the most boring thing imaginable I genuinely would rather grind scraps etc in regular pvp to sell coin to buy the resources with, than grind them from raids
