That’s why I say buff all the others (if they need it).
To me, this thing hits like an epic cannon should. If the others don’t measure up, buff them.

If you can’t beat 'em, join 'em. Mine gets shot off all the time by dual cyclones in CC. Many times 3 people are running dual cyclones. My cyclones aren’t fused so this raijin is the only thing that gives me a chance.
