hi, I have a doubt, what are the minimum, maximum and recommended fps so that there is no lag. greetings world
I usually run 40 or 50 fps, with my min being 24 and capped at 80. However, there is some interesting lag issues client-side (not sure if it affects others) that cause odd 0fps for between 2 and 8 seconds.
It might be a hardware issue, or it might be something game related, but I would like you to be warned.
your fps should match your refresh rate
a great, done, thank you.
So if run at max 300 fps it does not matter when my refresh rate is 60? im running 1080 on a hdmi tv atm.
i should keep this at 60 ? why not 100 or more ? thx
minimized window fps is for when you alt tab back to desktop/your browser.i set it 15 fps, as it shows 15 now that im in the forum.
if your lagging, choppy game play, you can move the ’ Render Scale 'slider down until you get your Fps where you want it.
you will lose visual effects, but it will run more smoothly.
i had to do that for my old i3 potato.
if your monitor can refresh 60 times per second, any more fps can only ever result in lagging since youre not seeing every single frame
but i’m not lagging, it’s only faster.
Your eyes can only see up to 60 frames per second, any extra frames above that is just wasted gpu power and electricity.
but i think the game sees diff and it runs way faster.
if your monitor cant show more than 60 fps then it wont get smoother but running some amount of fps more than 60 can make it more responsive since you have more frames ready
you can see individual frames at like 30 fps but you can still see a difference even at 200
My game is running awful today. Totally unmanageable rubber-banding.
set your fps so its like the fps on virtual hydlide! then youll never miss a frame!
(im joking of course xD)
yes, the more fps you can throw at it the better gaming you will have.
'so,turn it up and don’t worry about your refresh rate !
lots of youtube vids on this.
