Why hover is powerful: taking advantage of the bullet damage to have only 7 blocks after hitting the part, placing a large number of frame part, these very light weight parts absorb a lot of damage, but still keep the hover high maneuverability.
If, the frame parts make all damage completely ignore it, but after him it becomes 90% damage, hover will not be too strong
