Rework Adventure Mode When?

As of the current state, any of the unlocks for Adventure Mode are impossible to unlock and craft for any new players to the game, unless they are willing to spend and absurd amount of coin on the market to either buy the casings direct (since they are now a finite resource that some players are HAPPILY wasting away while the other half gauges the price into oblivion), or the very few examples of those items on the market for sale (again for crazy amounts of coin).

This issue needs to be resolved very quickly before it spirals out of control, and makes some cosmetics and items nearly as hard to obtain as the Thug cab.

We need to get the Devs to address this quickly.

It’s already spiraled out of control and has been this way for a while.

New players have to realize they need grab all the free packs they can, prepare 4 basic builds machine gun, cannon, shotgun, autocannon. They need to do the daily missions and don’t forget to make 5 wheels and salvage them for 100 badges each week. Then play through the monthly minipass till they get the end crate reward and sell it on the market about a half month later. Earn as many badges as they can trade them for electronics when 100 electronics are offered sell them later when electronics price is higher. I normally tell new players to craft repair tokens as sell for a little more than the wheels do. In terms of earning that will net you 300+ coins per month using basic free parts…

I do agree with you the shell casing issue does need to be fixed though. I really think they should just fold that system into the badges system. I think that is the easiest way to fix that issue. I would even say just let people exchange the rest of the shells for badges as they aren’t exchangeable on the market directly the fulgurations in prices for things they are exchanged for will end up being distributed wider.

They could rank these all the way up to 5 star upgrades if they wanted to right now the max is 4 with the cust workpieces.

id prefer to keep them at 3 upgrades. 4 is pushing it kind of…

I suggest that as some items to be purchased should have line paths like if you bought x pack you had a mission pack with it for adventure mode that would make it feel more like a regular purchased video game. So post purchase I start with X and I continue to Y to get the story line narrative and the game play experience only exhibited for that particular weapon or pack… When you finish you then get your upgrade for that line item. To me that sounded like a good compromise between live service game and traditional game purchases. It’s not the same as what they did though.

true… i just wish they would treat the game as a game and not a cash cow, just to be milked dry before they toss one out and start another.

It could be a better model for the game but it’s hard for me to say so as I haven’t played the other version yet. I just have to admit I don’t know on this one. I’ve looked at it enough to know we are missing a few co-drivers. That’s as far as I went though.

crossout legends is worse in ways but better in others.
raids can get you different resources like plastic, copper, etc, even scrap.
aiming is absolute ass in there though, crossout has better aiming then legends.
battlepasses that were in the past are available to buy and the missions for those are available to.

I do agree though in the whole of it that there needs to be a release schedule for these parts so we can get rid of the artificial interference with the player driven market. The shortfall in the supply chain takes the control of the market out of the players hand and places it back into managed care by the devs. That’s not what they have been marketing the game to do.

the market as a whole sucks. i want to buy an item, not get into a pissing contest with someone who watched the millisecond a price changes so they can raise or decrease it by a fricken penny. far to many times i put an offer in only to come back the next day to see the price decrease by 50% or more, or the other person / people / bots trying to outbid me. id put in an offer for 400 coins only to come back the next day to see the price skyrocket for absolutely no reason to like 700 - 800 coins.

I do wish they would push more badges towards solo players though.

i was a solo player till they did that nonsense. i only joined a clan to get badges, i think this was a terrible change they did and i still want this crap to be reversed or allow all players to be able to get the badges solo or not.

They devs should be looking to moving over the parts from the engraved shells to badges as this would remove a lot of the hate from making them parts of BP recipes.

or just… ya know… make casings available again. that could work to.

I agree Ace, in all honesty, that is one of my main hurdles for my MG builds
