Rotation Assist Module When?

A good module idea in general would be a rotator assist module. No idea what it would be called, but it could look somewhat similar to the flywheel, I think.

I know there are already parts that do this, but a dedicated part would be nice.

Preferably epic rarity.

Thoughts?

The Oppressor already does that so a new module is unlikely.

You have to be moving to use it though. You don’t have to move to activate the flywheel.
