It is because youtube disabled monetization for all russian accounts plus the russian goverment has been slowing down youtube. I guess technically they can still use it at dial up speeds coupled with not being able to earn anything from ads.
I use to chime in on xberlinx from time to time has hes in a top 3 clan on pc so it is a very good channel to go too if you want to see what the meta is these days. Actually i think he created a new clan called xbelrinx solo, don’t think hes in twist no more.
