Rust and Dust rare build tips

Size and energy consumption

We all have preferences i guess. different playstyle, different building-style. Everything has pros and contras, and the best way to find out whats better is by playing instead of arguing.
Thank you for your tips, Im out.

Yesterday i was in Rust and dust with my 3k PS rare build

Bridge map in the strait in the other side of the valley when i saw a bot, an Icebox with a train plow with two huge cannons…
Oh boy… ( the devs are taking the piss now…)
i charged, i had to try to stay near him like a tic ( i do not had the advantages i normally have in normal crossout ).
It happens so fast, the all thing… i didn’t have the time… only to react.
Yeah, i had some help and luck, cause it was a bot … like Steven here

Next build i found it was this

WTF?

keep near the build it can’t shoot you, as long you don’t get shot from behind

How do you get bots this high? Are you top 100 or something?

I often use a build utilizing 3 naguals and then a manitou cabin or an inferno cabin. Great for sniping and stripping weapons. Note that the nagual has a perk which buffs its damage when hitting weapons as well as movement parts.

Can you elaborate on how to lay these other pieces of structure I’ve been trying to lay the armor on the lvl 8 build due to its the build I run to jus stack spare parts would be much let appreciated

Made this thing the other day, and it’s performing better for me than the tackler tank I posted earlier. Costs a lot less to repair too:

Since this thread was supposed to be about all-rare builds, here are the ones I’ve made that are working best for me. Not saying they’re the best, but I’m getting MVPs with all of them, and grinding spare parts quickly enough to repair my epic builds.

oh. Bruh
I thought it meant “rare” not as in-game rarity but like, something you don’t hear often

Can you do a more broke down build of the double cannon build pls

I might get a chance to do that later this week, but I do most of my Crossout playing on Mondays and Tuesdays (my days off), and don’t typically play much during the rest of the week.

Typically the generator and ammo pack are underneath the build, hidden between the frames and wheels. Guns are mounted one block below the cabin on the 4x4 buggy floors. Wheels generally have a couple layers of fenders around them. Passive melee bits on front and rear corners to protect the wheels from collisions. Heavier structure pieces attached to cabin, frames, or passthrough parts, with lighter armour attached to the outside of the heavy pieces (ideally attached to multiple inner pieces).
