Savior Perk and bumper changes

So I don’t remember if it was this update or the one before where they reworked ram damage and most bumpers, but they pretty much broke the Savior cabin. It can’t get it’s perk up at all even with “passive meelee weapon” category bumpers and driving as fast as being a heavy cabin allows it, and I can’t remember if they nerfed the overall effectiveness of ram damage as a whole, but as a Heavy cabin Savior struggles a lot. It just can’t deal the damage needed by ramming alone to activate the perk fully, I’m mostly getting 5-11% at max with maximum heavy cabin speed and only time I have gotten 22 was when a booster build rammed into my front while I was already going max 65 heavy cabin speed, but in regular combat and being used as it’s intended it does not really work these days

The perk used to be somewhat usable outside meelee weapons (heck even the pack itself is not a meelee build) but now it’s very much not so much

that cabin needs a different perk, that ram damage perk is so stupid on a heavy cabin.

I only use it with gremlins, and it used to work well with them.
I’m curious if that combo has been impacted, as I haven’t played it for a while.

Using it with mech legs nearly guarantees a 100% charge every time.
