I want to know what happens when i unlock all levels in the season pass and then buy it. Will i get all the rewards? Or just everyting after it? I am low on cash and want to see if i am going to play for long enough to earn everyting in the season before buying it.

if you have unlocked all the rewards from doing the dailies and weeklys then you will get everything that you have just unlocked when you buy the season pass

Just to be clear, i am currently lvl 42 on the season. If i bought the battle pass for 9.99€ now i would imeadeatly unlock all the “locked” lvls and the rewards up to my current lvl?!

Yes you would, and you will also be raised up to the next level.
basically how it works is you do the missions and gain exp from the battlepass related challenges which unlock levels as you progress, then if you buy the battlepass you get whatever levels you unlocked currently immediately. so lets say you got to level 20 and bought the pass then you get everything up to level 20 immediately upon buying the pass. everything after that will be unlocked and will go into your inventory as you unlock the pass levels through your daily tasks and weekly tasks.
anything that is locked will be unlocked when you buy the pass and when you get the level for it itll go into your inventory.
