Iām sometimes wrong about things, but I try to be honest and authentic.
I myself was playing bricks for many of those matches, sometimes switching to more experimental builds. But I was often the only brick on my team, and faced many teams without bricks.
As usual, the teams that won were the ones that played well together, whether they were using hovers or wheels or whatever.
Coward! I never quit a match, unless I am called away from the game by real life. And there are so many ways to counter homing missiles.
The only nests Iāve encountered lately on console are coming from bots. Seems like everyone stopped using them after those flares were introduced. Or maybe Iām not playing the right PS range.

Iāve been playing since 2017, and as I recall, shotguns (and rapid fire mgs) have always been OP. And they always will be, because the developers aim to get as many people playing as possible. The more people that play, the more money comes in (because the more people buy this or that in the game probably).
How do you get more players into the game? For example, by giving them a very obvious OP weapon that is very easy to use, making it very easy to get a sense of achievement. And of course, not everyone grinds out their Hammerfall or Gravastar etc., itās easier to put a few euros into the game and get instant success.
This game is largely about who destroys the otherās gun first. Shotguns and rapid fire mgs are designed for this, no skill, aiming required, DPS is extremely high. A hammerfall brick can easily take down a Mammoth on Omamori in the middle of the game when the guns are already damaged. On lower PS, gravastars are devastating with their stupidly high DPS. Sure you can counter, kapkan, mines, daze module, but using these will get your PS high, you can already get into the world of relic shotguns which are even more powerful.
