All of the hubcaps I own have parts that move independently from the actual wheel (or that stay still). Are there any “normal” hubcaps?
I have whatever ones came in a 10$ long season or were free.
Not really worth the time to show, I am sure.

I think mine are all spinners… maybe non spinners are out there…unsure though.

The hologram ones look like non-spinners, until you turn them on.
What I want more than anything is just a normal hubcap that spins with the wheel.
