Skinner?

just cause had this way of using harpoons, is why i said it

when it came out you could…or a mate could iirc

dude did u even look how players are using king ?!? or how it actually works…same w kap and jub?
they should give turrets the same double deployment…not to mention how many ammo the king has compared to other deployables…pls…

oh and btw…what did u mean a miner can get hurt by their own mines?!?
was spectating a guy just now…he was just standing at enemy base and shitting mines around himself…none exploded, so what do you mean?
the only thing that happend was that the idiot tripped on his own mine and overturned himself rofl
then a mate carjacked him back on…

If there had been an enemy nearby, the mines would have detonated, damaging him as well as his enemy.

Many minelayer builds are designed to take a lot of self damage, as they will often ram into a group of players and drop their mines next to them, damaging everyone (including themselves).

what do you think i mean? when the king mines explode they can hurt YOU as well as the enemy. the reason you dont see them hurting themselves is each king can only deploy 2 mines at a time, if you deploy another then the earliest mine destroys itself without exploding. if you leave them alone long enough they will explode dealing damage to anything around it. the same rule applies to fortunes and porcupines as well except they have a timer on them and explode after a short time.

i dont play pvp and mostly only play pve. but i know people have different strategies for kings to. kapkans are not useful that much anymore, due to bots they are practically useless in any pve mode as well. the jubokko is the same in a way, they have a bit of a longer reach then kapkans but they shock the enemy to deal damage, they just arent to useful even if you get 2 shots per mine.

kings are small in comparison to other mine launchers. the launcher itself isnt small but the mines are, thus they can hold more ammo.

that’s just idiotic playing, not a feature of the weapon mate…

then play a few pvp matches before you start talking…no offense mate but look at both sides of the medal before talking…ok?

i dont need to. pvp has been stale for such a long time and at the time i played alot of people just ran the same uninspired builds. i dont have any pvp builds and i really have no reason to play pvp. but…

i have played pvp through events in the past to test them out and i got to say its been the same thing over and over and over again. in one they mostly only ever ran mgs and shotguns. anything else you ran was just eye candy to them and the instant they saw you they just went after you.
back when i did play pvp, kapkans were run on pretty much any build.
kings werent that common but you did see them now and then and people DID run 4 or 5 kings at a time before. jubokkos were NEVER run and if they were most players just laughed at it.

you should see how people play with porcs. they will fly right up to you, get up in your face and barf porcs on you till your dead, they dont care about damaging themselves because they deal more damage to you then you do to them. i kind of wish this wasnt the case because this isnt how porcs are meant to be played.

but i had played pvp recently and i just didnt like it, the same as before when i didnt like pvp in the past. i tried running a build i made in the past with drones and it failed so hard it wasnt even funny. but even when i did play pvp i didnt see anyone running kings or jubokkos. mostly i just seen cyclones, shotguns, wedges and the same uninspired hover catchers and dog builds so i have no hope for pvp.

over …it is over when you where able to hook yourself somewhere and release only once you want…sad

cant you still do that

It auto releases when the target is a vehicle now after a set time. If it’s a game object it doesn’t do that though.
