No build can fight reliably even two solid players.
It got the potential in certain circumstances, I got one on video killed 7 players and steady 2000 point matches. I stumbled across it by accident and got messages from like 5 or 6 players looking for the blueprint because they were amazed about how much it mopped the floor every game against every type of build. I thought it was gonna be just another mediocre build when I first slapped it together but it proved itself otherwise. It is more effective than my low ps seal clubbing porcupine build and that is saying something.
So what is this magic combination?
I give you Frakenstein
It solves a lot of issues at 5 to 6k ps. Say your getting ganked by borers you can just use the frames to drag them along for the ride while you engage a bigger threat for example mg hover while your team kills the borer dudes who is now caught up in the frames or you can just simply wedge them yourself and destroy them yourself. Stops tusks/weak low ps fire dogs dead in their tracks and you can use the momentum to easily wedge them or get the caught in the net of frames. Stop’s huginn goblins dead in they’re tracks as well. You can easily wedge and strip piercer sausages or shotgun wedges if they dare get close to you. You can bulldoze all sorts of light builds and turn them to dust with the defenders. The magic is all in the frames with the tripod setup providing leg protection and insane wedging abilities on both the left, right and front of the build while the high mass of the icebox allows you push others around like rag dolls. You can also wedge hovers and get them caught on top of the frames like a fork lift on front of the build as well if your lucky, did it a couple of times today

Outer frame builds like this have been around for a long…long time. (Since the start of the game) Not many people post that kind of stuff here because we have a lot of art builders that just say that style is 
anyways.
I think the last time I remember anyone posting builds with the frame like that was Dhawk and he even had a few posts explaining to everyone why it was good at those lower PS ranges.
Frame builds used to be super popular the first few years of the game.

Ya, it’s ugly as sin, but whatever. It did make me miss my Icebox though, but I couldn’t resist the profit I made from selling it.
Last time I checked passive melee peeled frames off pretty effectively. Not many people use that though, and I’m not sure that’s still a thing either. For one, I just don’t play that much these days, and two, I don’t see open framed builds very often when I do…other than hovers. So, whether or not passive melee works vs frames still, IDK.

Meta will always exist and people will always be annoyed by it and tired of dealing with it, because people love to spam meta. The meta will change in a few months or so and people will be just as mad about the new meta.
No matter how small the stratification between meta and non meta; people will always spam said meta; and it will get tired and annoying. Its inevitable and it is what it is. Thats just the nature of competstive pvp focused games.
The badge changes really doubled down on the emphasis of pvp in this game being the major, and i respect that. Im here for tough pvp - nothing else. Pve can suck it.

While I’m also mostly just interested in PVP and confrontation, I will say that the new badge system hasn’t made PVE obsolete in the least. To get the most badges, you need at least some people in your clan playing PVE, and I’ve even started doing Invasions again to help out (and for the solo badges).
One member of my clan seems to only play PVE, and while that doesn’t help our confrontation score, they really do help the rest of the clan get badges.

How about this one? As always I tried making something both efficient and nice succeeding in both. 3500 HP at 5000 PS. 14.5 tons make it able to push most builds and push out from various situations.
And it’s weapons… Well, remember it was me who came up with this genius idea if it will becomes meta. But I’m lucky people usually don’t see power of my builds leaving me to enjoy my builds without making it meta to fight my own ideas.
So, it is armed with 2xSinus and 1 vector(+chill and taymyr to boost them) They are placed waaaaay deep, a bit behind middle set of wheels. Frames block their elevation, so I had to use racing wheels on rear and try to move more weight to rear to tilt it a bit upwards. So they shoot straight with tiiiiny elevation.
I initially just wanted to protect my weaponry, but turns out it actually works some spectacular magic. This locking of elevation allows to shoot straight line through bottoms of enemy builds. It disarms undermount metas almost instantly and then working it’s way to any generators, fuel, ammo, also taking out frames.
I could record some of it’s action if there some hostings for that, YT is too much trouble. Facing those bold heavies that think they can just attack me head on, to see them loose weapons, go bang and start selfdestruct withing seconds of engagements is something rather fun. Same works for melee guys, and any undermounts really. So far none could take out my MGs with their undermounts, They all make them with elevation angles so when they face something their weapon try to shoot high.
There are weaknesses too. Hovers are hard to fight with this thing, but that’s same like melee guys kill hovers, they still tilt, get their hovers damaged, losing them, getting tilted. And so are other run around kind of guys, but I have sinus range so I don’t need to get up close to deal damage unlike all those melees and shotguns.
Probably best thing to counter this is that ugly abomination of nobler, but I actually fought his thing with at least 50% wins. Also I killed his thing with 4600 piercer build something like 80% of the time. Proving myself once again that in xo you can fight and win ugly metas with style.

I never started this, ultralocust came like a bolt of lightning out of the blue. He seems pretty obsessed. Nothing wrong with tooting your own horn but do it respectfully and not bring others down and that’s all he is trying to do. I does it all the time but I don’t go around saying my build is better than yours and keep rubbing it in peoples faces.
Do the same… Just let it go.
