It is time to stop sugarcoating the issue and face reality: the lack of a dedicated Latin American server for Crossout is not just a “minor technical detail”; it is an unacceptable act of neglect toward one of the game’s largest and most passionate communities!
We, the Latin American players from Mexico to Patagonia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguai, Paraguai, Bolivia are being treated like second-class citizens in this game.
High Ping is NOT an Option, It’s Punishment!
We can no longer tolerate the flimsy excuses about latency. In 2025, it is ridiculous that we have to play on North American or European servers, suffering from CHRONIC PING ABOVE 230MS~300MS!
- Only the Lucky Play: Skill is not what decides the fight; it is the stability of your connection. Our actions reach the server with a half-second delay, turning precise gunfights into guessing games.
- We Are the Easy Kill: In a twitch reaction game like Crossout, this ping makes us easy targets. We are lagging, teleporting (rubberbanding), and our shots often don’t register! This destroys the PvP experience and places us at a permanent and unfair disadvantage.
They Want Our Money, But Not Our Respect
The hypocrisy is glaring!
-
Latin American Money is Good, But the Quality of Service is Not? Latin America is a GIGANTIC market, with hundreds of millions of inhabitants, and it is a proven source of revenue. They accept our credit cards and sell us packs, but they refuse to make the minimum investment required to ensure basic gameplay.
-
The Translation Already Exists: We already have the game localized in Portuguese and Spanish! The step of linguistic localization was taken, but the crucial investment in network infrastructure has been ignored. This means they acknowledge our market but treat us with the purest structural negligence.
THE REQUEST IS VETERAN, THE NEGLECT IS RECURRENT
This is not a new demand. The Latin community has been begging for an SA server for YEARS. Forums, social media, Discord groups… The outcry is constant!
Gaijin/Targem can no longer claim ignorance of the problem. They actively choose to ignore a vast region that covers over 20 million square kilometers and hundreds of millions of potential players.
NO MORE EXCUSES!
If competing games (and even other titles from the same publisher) can maintain dedicated servers in São Paulo (Brazil) or other Latin capitals, Crossout has ZERO valid technical or economic excuses for not doing the same.
An SA server is not a luxury; it is a basic necessity and a mandatory investment in the future of the game in our region. We demand fair gameplay, and we demand it now!
