it seems to me inventory expansions are becoming more and more expensive. i need 6 of these things to expand my inventory a whopping 25 slots but now these expansion items are getting to be around 420 - 450 coins per item in price when last year they were around only 300 - 330 coins. heck i could even get them for around 280 - 300 coins before. its kind of concerning seeing these go up in price because these are not cheap in the long run, the more inventory slot expansions you use the more you need to expand. and i know that they release them in mini battlepasses and regular battlepasses to but it seems that demand is outweighing supply very slowly.

On PC, inventory expansions are running 280 coins, outpricing even blueprint expansions (165 coins). It’s rediculous…players should be spending coins on items, not the boxes to put them in. That’s part of the reason I stopped buying battlepasses and just get minipasses…an inventory full of fused stuff you can’t sell, is self-defeating.

Yea, as far as i remember every 3 expansions you’ll need 1 more slot.
That’s a problem because they add more and more items in the game and the meta constantly changes. Plus because of event passes you also could make some investements, like terms and (that one teal scope module) which also eat up your storage… uggh.

There have been some events that I’ve played only because storage expansion was a prize.
Can we craft them somewhere that I just haven’t noticed?

you can craft them in each faction bench minus the newer ones. only the original old ones have them.
7/12 of the work benches you can make them on… however the cost of them really adds up and it is insanely expensive.
1 storage expansion / 1 blueprint expansion costs:
100 scrap
200 electronics
500 copper
200 batteries
when you start needing more and more of these to expand the costs go up and the only way to get some of these are patrols, raids and pvp. seeing as how you only get around 20 electronics per hard raid run thats just irritating. you can run 3 hard raids per day for 60 electronics so one item every 4 days and im needing 6 of these things. if i did this it would take me 24 days of nonstop 3 hard raid runs every single day winning and getting 20 electronics per day.
these have been fewer and far between now. i have 8 of the crates but i want to save them incase i really need them. i just wish the system was better.
you mean 1 more blueprint item? i dont think its 3 i think its every 100 you go so maybe 4 or 5?
the problems only going to get worse as they keep throwing out more and more battlepass with all these spam items in it.
blueprint storage is around 300 per item and i can get them as low as 275 - 280 per item.
regular storage expansions run you 430 coins each atm. my last purchase price on them was 285 coins so they went up by… alot…
I think you can grab them from the logistics crates they sometimes put up as rewards in the brawls too. It’s one of the few pick your reward crates.
yes but those are becoming fewer and far between now. they gave them away quite a bit before but over the past few months i have seen them less and less. hopefully we will get some in the dronepocalypse but im not holding out much hope for that.
They just are there doesn’t matter to me if they are regular… Just saying keep an eye out for them.

The prices on the expansions tend to change too so if your looking to buy them look for the dates near when they are awarded.
its funny cause the ones in the crates arent tradable.
I’m going to have to check the math, because I feel like resources are cheaper generally than they used to be, so we might be at the point where crafting storage expansion might actually be profitable compared to buying it.
It’s always worth taking note of price swings and imbalances.
What are you saving them for, if not to use them? If your plan was to sell them, wouldn’t it be good to do that while prices are still high?
Now I remember crafting some last time I needed to expand my storage. It does get pricey, and is one of the things I feel they should be less stingy about. At least offer them as rewards in more BPs and events.
just incase, ya know if i need an emergency one then i got it. like say i have 5 inventory expansions and im running low on space, i can just pop one crate and have the item needed to expand rather than use it all at once.
the ones in the logisticians containers are not tradable even when you open the crates. they are account specific and cant be traded on the market. trust me ive opened one before and looked at it.
