Can’t login to my main account after coming back from college. Whenever I try it says “Account suspended, please contact support.” Checked my email and found that I got hacked by some guy in palestine. I sent them an email about it, but I was wondering if anyone knows the average response times? Please let me know as I was really hoping to play some of this game over the summer.
I usually get an acknowledgement response within 48h on open days, then the resolution time might vary according the complexity of the case.
