I have had a support ticket in for 3 days now trying to connect an email to my steam account so I can spend money at your store. So what do I need to do to get support to actually look at the ticket???
A few weeks ago they said they were having issues getting back to everyone in a timely manner.
Support teams often receive a high volume of requests and may take some time to respond. While waiting for a response, avoid submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, as it can further delay the process.
