The way I see it, it takes at least 2 business days. Meaning, “Monday to Friday.” And then it could take some more. One time, I had a serious issue that was taken care of in 2 days. But what happened with the Radiance Battle Pass (breach of contract, or fraud, etc.), should be a major warning sign to anyone interested in this game. Better stay away and be happy.
