Jamie here decided to barely do anything during the match then push a corpse all the way back to the enemies spawn, uninterrupted by the capture point being taken or anything else for that matter. How can the AI be this stupid but the devs make up for the bad coding by making their aim perfect which when paired with Scorpions, Thyrsus, and Commit is just beyond unfair.
I think the AI’s aim needs to be more inconsistent while not always aiming for the cabin but weapons and other important parts of the build, also fix whatever the crap I had the pleasure of experiencing during this match with Jamie.
On the other hand, if you know the bots are only targeting cabins, it makes it a little easier to armor around other stuff. I’m one of the few, I suppose, who don’t usually attach weaponry to cabins if the weapon is hard to protect or has a low durability (gravastars. for example). Heavier stuff like a Thyrsus, I do attach to the cabin.
hes searching for that bottle of mythical tequila that he would be able to find after he got a certain number of kills. it must be in one of the corpses so i think hes checking it very thoroughly just to make sure he hasnt missed it.
It believes the corpse is still a threat. It will not shoot the corpse though. It will try to damage it by ramming. You cannot damage a corpse by ramming without active melee. Thus, it keeps ramming the corpse but never destroys it. Thus, you must ram the corpse back toward the enemy. Thus, the bot follows and gets shot and targets the shooter. Also, you could lead the enemy to the bot by fleeing.
