its ability is that it does more damage as it heats up, dealing its max damage at full heating…
my issue is that you will NEVER see that full 50% damage because when it overheats it goes right back down to 0% so… why even bother?
the aspect just never made sense to me, youll never even see the full 50% boost out of that heating so… am i missing something here?
also its weird that some weapons still dont have abilities.
I think they intended it to be used like you shoot it normally to get something like 40% damage boost and then start tap firing and trying to stay within the 35-49% range, but overall even firing it normally at a closer range just does enough damage and faster than playing around the perk with tap firing, that it does not make much difference in the end.
I suspect it’s the same tier of retardation where they imagine that the gungnir exchanging firing rate for accuracy is a functional perk, or that Fafnirs accuracy perk actually makes the gun good, instead of needing the perk to be active to even function at all
