Because how tf did Crossout came up with the Idea involving backwards, by making the new “Main menu design” look horrible.
We all know it got released with the R&D update, so it might have been designed to look old, to gives the “Old Crossout” / R&D vibes, wich is fine, but couldn’t they just apply it to R&D only?
So they better change it as soon Rust and Dust is over in 2 months (3th of June), i dont wanna have that for the next 2 years, and i hope im not the only one who isnt fine with that.
Let me know your thoughts, and let the Devs see this, if they can .
Its normal for a game to have updates like that once a year or less, the only thing i dont get is why they are making it worse?
Usually youll see a new UI and be like
“i already miss the old one”
but when you get used to the new UI youll notice how bad the old one was, that means the game made process, envolved and got better in general.
But as soon you get used to the UI right now, you will look at the old one and see how the old one looked newer and better, so the game basically envolved backwards, and i think thats just hilarious.
i really dont like how the new UI looks. heck it was bad enough they screwed up the controls for building cars a few years ago and now they made an uglier UI… nah man switch it back and leave it alone. theres no reason to change it. im just tired of this “change it and force them to accept it” mentality that most game companies have nowadays.
They may have made the UI look more like there mobile app. I’m not certain but some software dev teams will try to have a similar plan for multiple platforms. (But I agree I’m not the biggest fan of the newest look.)
Take this idea with a grain of salt since I have never played the mobile app.
The new UI was made to fill someones quota 200%
I dont want to be too critical but it looks fucking horrendous lmao, what an impressively low quality, low effort and unoriginal redesign of a game that used to have an identity
