The parser was completely destroyed

Maybe there are other reasons. You can go to JBrider’s video. I remember a video where he changed the server to test when he used the shotgun weapon. The delay really affects the experience of shooting at close range to a great extent. He can barely even hit a moving target at close range.

yes there r other reasons  and no… jbrider is the last place i go for info

I have only played with Jorg’s and Nidhogg’s since patch. They seem fine. But then I make face hugging push builds with them so am shooting point blank. (played them this way before change too)

The op is not talking out of his xxx at all shotguns are actually that terrible now

judging by this video there is nothing wrong with shotguns, shotgun players just tend to have a terminal skill issue

lol, I didn’t watch the video, so I’m not going to argue with that point, but I am starting to believe something is up.

I’m not an especially skilled player, and I only occasionally play shotguns, but something seems off.
I was dubious about the parser situation, since it has a lot more range than most, and problems could be explained by people not being able to adjust to projectiles, but what I’m experiencing with Hammerfalls doesn’t make sense. When you’re only shooting from 20 meters away (or less), you shouldn’t have to shoot ahead of a moving target. And even when I do that, very little seems to actually hit the target.

It might be a bug in how much vehicle movement (or gun rotation movement) is affecting spread, or an unnaturally slow projectile.

I mean, I know I’m not great at aiming, but I also know I’m not this bad either. Or at least I’m pretty sure I’m not this bad.

Talking of single shot shotguns and sucking, the Fafnir.

That was already really, really bad when other single-shot shotguns were pretty good, but now with the changes while other shotguns are not as good as before, the really bad shotgun is now practically unplayable by how bad it is

But yeah I always though of someday making a third parser to go with the ones form the battlepass, but now after they got changed I no longer need to make a third one and I am happy I could never afford to do it before the change

You got a 44% win percentage in pvp and 11% in clan wars I don’t think you got much right to be talking about skill issues.

neither metric is relevant since crossout is a p2w team based game. teams are as shit as ever and i didnt spend $1200 on a relic build for cw.
in comparison to the average crossout player i have every right to talk about skill issues

You play nothing but mammoths with cw style format type builds and all the years playing the game your meaning to say you could only afford 2 legendaries? all i see is a player who practised one weapon type and is too unskilled to break that niche. Why don’t you try other weapon types first before you pass judgement

the only information on how i play is my exhibition so you pulled those details out your ass. mammoths were the only legendary i played for a long time and in theory there should be nothing wrong with them. the last time i played any cw was many months ago, and very surprisingly my team got destroyed by fire bricks and relics. i played every weapon apart from high ps close range at some point already.

no I didn’t

what period of time is that data from? im not aware of any api provided by crossout that actually gives any of those stats

Don’t know it comes from people randomly uploading logs unto the site so you play long enough you can get a little decent sample size from players that do upload to get an idea of your win rates, win rates with certain weapons and what not. Alot of players got hidden profiles so thats the best i got

so its an unreliable and inconsistent source of data, also uploaded only by sweats who actually care about their stats, which means more losses on our side

I don’t care about stats but I do use it to roast players who like to brag about skill or throw insults lol

i would call it pointing out how horrible most players are, as opposed to bragging about skill

Your the one bringing up skill issues and what not I just pointing out your hypocrisy with it. I think you could use a few coin management skills judging by the amount of stuff you got too lol

i dont think its controversial to say that shotgun players are often bad at the game. you cant point out my hypocrisy based on invalid data.

do you mean i could use a few thousand of US dollars to spend on relics / fused golds?

You can easily earn 50k coin per year from reg grind not counting clan wars which is enough for 2 relics
