Hi all. Today we rolled out an update with an event pass, where an improved PHOENIX crossbow appeared. The skill is not charged at the booth. I also tried the PIN crossbow (you recently added an impulse skill to it (increases the impulse of all other pins by 25%). The result is the same: the cockpit skill does not charge. Please clarify the situation.
How are you testing? You may be expecting your own weapons to charge the perk which requires Recoil not Impulse.
Some weapons have crazy low recoil, so they charge the perk really slow.
The reduced impulse comes from other cars hitting you.
