first of all - it’s clear that the cab isn’t from an in-game render. this is the original photo of it that someone has took:
crossout devs use an external rendering software for their promo material. you can clearly see the style and lighting mismatch
second - test-servers have unlimited resources. you literally have 99999 of each resource, which isn’t the case here.
and third - no battle pass item has market stuff in its crafting recipe before. but considering there’s already two strong points why this is F.A.F. i don’t even need to mention the third point LOL
