I noticed this a few weeks ago. The little lines streaming off my builds when I’m driving. See it the most when testing in the garage, hyper focused on my build. I barely register this when in pvp/e, hyper focused on environment, and it doesn’t seem to affect my game play. I don’t think it’s lag, my internet connection is good. Has this always been there and I never noticed, or is it new?
I take it your on pc. Probably a graphics card thing.

the first pic looks like ghosting to me. that would mean its your screen.

Turn Temporal AA off and see if the issue persists.
