Im properly connected, Im earning cartridges but somehow I cant collect. Somehow I doubt Twitch is screwing up here. What or who else could be the culprit?
I know there’s been at least three massive internet security incidents over the last few days that is causing a lot of chaos across the globe. Turns out that AI being good at finding security holes also means that we are finding new giant holes at a rate that is increasingly difficult to patch quickly enough.

SOLVED! For some reason I got paired to my secondary Twitch account. After switching back to my main, I was able to collect the Cartridges. I’ll leave this post hope it might help anyone having the same issues.
(BTW, I never paired my secondary account)
It could take a while for the cartridges to appear, I remember one time it took an entire full night until they popped into my inventory, after collecting them in the previous evening
