Twitch drop's never work!

I always earn my “CARTRIDGE’s” from watching twitch but this never works and it upsets me so freaking much.
It’s so lame TWITCH DROPS, I hate it so freaking much because I miss out on items I may want but, I NEVER GET THEM.

WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED??? it shows i earned 5 of them on “TWITCH” so far but they do not show up on my game on XBOX.

FIX IT!!!

I never bother with twitch… I wonder among the players what they watch the most of?
