Movement part in general? Icarus VII
Weapons in general? Any DPS weapon that does not need super accuracy (machinegun, minigun, shotgun)

You can mix and match these, as in you don’t need to have icarus 7 and can just slap a dps weapon onto anything and go full meta, or put weapons that otherwise won’t stand a chance onto a hover and be meta
