Brings back forgotten memories. When I was young, I used to take apart broken electronic appliances — everything from tvs to calculators to radios, circuit boards, you name it — and build space ships with the circuitry. Even used to modify plastic toy guns and mount old tv tubes onto the front of the muzzles, making them look like space-age laser guns. Now I sit here and electronically paint pixels on a computer screen. 
Kids today don’t know what fun and creativity is. Sigh…

Used as a Relic spark/ Tesla coil with an aiming ability to hit any desired target
Oooooh that would make a great weapon…you ram a car with it, like a harpoon; it goes in maybe 2 boxes, and then you send an electrical charge though it, shorting out all the electronics in the opponent. It leaves his car completely dead, and gives the codriver a permanent afro. Would be a great invention from the Dawn’s Children faction!
