Wrights school of crossout

id love to see that happen 1v1 against Russia ohh wait the united states will just call up guess who thats right canada once again to fight their battle

Canadian goose are vicious, you should be scared!

I do think itā€™s funny how different the perceptions are of the war of 1812, depending on what side of the border you are born on.
Iā€™m under the impression that most Americans grow up thinking they won that war against Canada, while up here we learn a very different history.

I mean, America invaded Canada, then got pushed back and we burned down the Whitehouse. At the end of it, the Americans didnā€™t gain any territory. Sounds like a pretty embarrassing loss against a country that barely had a military.

Now if America tried that now, itā€™s obvious that our military wouldnā€™t be able to do much to stop you guys, but it would also be impossible for you to occupy us successfully, mostly due to our geography and population distribution. There is just way too much empty space for resistance fighters to disappear in.

My life was flashing before my eyes!

I canā€™t tell if you are being sarcastic or not.
They will definitely bite, and are known to charge at people. Good to be wary around them, as they will take a chunk of flesh out of you if theyā€™re in the right mood.
Scary birds!

Itā€™s a little bit of an exaggeration. Iā€™m well aware of how mean they can be

Fun fact: If you have goosebumps, itā€™s because thereā€™s a goose nearby, and itā€™s coming for you.

I feel like Iā€™d be hard pressed to find an American who has even heard of the war. Our gods donā€™t like to talk about it. Iā€™m not even sure we are allowed to talk about it, but they are still at the orgy, and wonā€™t be back until November.

They are actual marines, and yes, they are very intimidating.

It was over 200 years ago. I donā€™t think too many of us care anyways.

The Canadians may not have the highest opinion of us, but weā€™re unlikely to have any conflicts in the foreseeable future.

I think weā€™re at much more of a risk of Russia trying to claim the arctic passage.

Normally we wouldnā€™t be too worried, because we could assume that the USA would have our back. But ever since Trump, weā€™ve had to adjust that assumption, because he is so unpredictable, so uninterested in supporting allies, and so fond of Putin.
When he was in power, a lot of Canadians had to rethink our relationship with our southern neighbours.

trudeau or how ever his name is spelt all he is, is a girly man and does nothing for the country so if war ever happened guess what canada is pretty much doomed

lol, and I guess you think Pierre Pollievre is a macho man who would fight off a foreign army on his own? That dude has been a career politician his whole life, despite his recent image makeover.

I mean Iā€™m not a huge fan of Trudeau, but I hardly think his drama teacher vibe would be an actual liability if we were ever attacked. The Prime Minister doesnā€™t really have that much power anyway, especially over the armed forces.

No matter who is in power, wonā€™t change the fact that we have a tiny army that is best suited for peacekeeping missions and disaster response. We are definitely not capable of defending ourselves through conventional warfare.
But we would also be a very hard country to occupy, and could inflict a lot of damage on an occupying army through classic asymmetrical warfare. A lot of our rural population are good shots and know the wilderness well.

Who even knows who our leaders work for? I can tell you for sure that it isnā€™t you, me, or any form of visible democracy anywhere. There will be no wars that arenā€™t scripted in advance, none of the current ones arenā€™t scripted, and they all appear to operate under the exact same leadership and towards the same agenda.

I would describe it as operating like the American NFL; There are teams, and we all root for our own to ā€œwin,ā€ but the games are staged, bets are placed, there are coaches, referees and rules, advertising, and sponsors, but the owners of the NFL organization are largely unknown and will never ever be defeated by the people on the field, nor is there an appetite for it.

IMO, if you live in the western world, I think the idea that we are governed locally by the actors placed before us is farcical, whoever they are. IMO, we lost our freedom to BS and fake news already, and the Gunships were mostly irrelevant, other than the capitol they generate.

To me, it doesnā€™t look very much like anybody is actually in the business of running their respective nations, but are instead spending their will running the usual side games, which is why we so repeatedly have major issues.

I should think they would show better results, considering the technology and workforce at their finger-tips, if they actually were working towards the goals of the people they are privileged to serve.

Judge them by their fruits. I think it is logical to presume they are achieving the results they pursue to a large degree. Given a chance, most people do. Thatā€™s what we do.

JMO. Iā€™m just passing through.

If you live in a capitalist country, money is in charge. Whoever has the money has the power, and thatā€™s how it has always been.
So look at what the richest people are doing and saying, and youā€™ll figure out who to blame for your problems.

Thatā€™s where detectives like to start, I hear. And, itā€™s always the same story: The butler did it.

i have money and i dont have power lol but jeeezzzz thought whites had power, just a joke to the delusional people that think that   but it seems like now a days its about how popular you are on media apparently

As usual, I have no idea what youā€™re trying to say.
But yeah, the richest and most powerful people in the western world are overwhelmingly white guys.
Pretty sure theyā€™re a lot richer than you though.
