Launch Error (30005) 1_20_2025 8_25_24 PM

Hello

I reinstalled the game.
I verified the game files.
I watched and followed all the YouTube tutorials regarding this error.

But the problem still persists.

Sorry that I may not be able to help you,but I know that you’ve forgotten one 0 between the 3 and 5

tnx

Looks like it might be an antieasycheat error. What is your operating system version? Least year, easyanticheat no longer supported any windows version before Windows 10.

Windows 11

I found this: Easy Anti Cheat Fix

Go to the EasyAntiCheat Folder usually in “C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat”. Delete the “EasyAntiCheat.sys” file, then restart your game.

I deleted EasyAntiCheat.sys and the game ran the first time, but in subsequent attempts, EasyAntiCheat.sys gets added back automatically

It’s suggesting you use the game launcher. When you start Crossout, do you get a screen like this?

This is what the launcher screen looks like (on PC). It may be different if you use Steam. Try running “launcher.exe” inside your Crossout game folder (remember to run it as an admin).

Yes!

But the problem still persists.

In Crossout, you can’t turn off easyanticheat, like you used to do in Warthunder. If you’re getting the launcher screen, as shown in my previous post, there’s an option at the bottom left to get the “latest version of the launcher”. You might try that.

I even tried this way.

I think I should give up on this game

Your best bet then is to send in a support ticket like they suggested in the error message they gave you (support.gaijin.net/hc/). Let us know what they say, and good luck.

did you update windows recently? if you did maybe eac doesnt support the newest version

From further reading, it seems that the problem is caused by a windows 11 update identified as “KB5044376”. People with the same problem rolled this update back, and were able to play. Apparently EAC has not addressed this update yet.

It was also suggested to set “easyanticheat.exe” to run with administrator permissions. Go to “C:\Program Files(x86)\easyanticheat\easyanticheat.exe”; click properties; click compatibility; check the “run this program as an administrator”.

Good luck. We all know that these kind of issues are pure B.S. and are unnecessary.
