Eula Account blocked until 2052. Why? šŸ˜•

Uh-huh. Now thatā€™s a riddle I donā€™t know the answer to. But I wonā€™t be asking anymore, let it be private then.

Iā€™m afraid this is something not in the top of their list ATM. One can only hope

You know I want to say, but because of that darned rule I mentioned earlier I canā€™t.

Itā€™s all a bit stupid if you ask me. No rule saying, I canā€™t say what it isnā€™t though.

Clearly. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Of all your comments here I understood that you get banned bc you play steel championship at the same time ,perhaps in one team with a guy who was cheating?

Trying to make it easier for you knowing that you cant break some rules

Also, the block on my account has nothing to do with anyone cheating.

what a gent! :grinning: :+1:

Yeah but Iā€™m afraid mods wonā€™t be so understanding. Although I may or may not suspect it has something to do withā€¦ exhibition? Or market? Not saying what it is, just casual assumptions here

A bit off topic here. So, apologies but My daughter was talking about Minecraft earlier  Bless her.

And I dreamt up this rather peculiar scenario after thinking about what she was telling me.

Everyone knows Minecraft right. That daft block game that all your kids play. Well, mine anyway.

Imagine you had one specific world or area where all the players could go, to collect or drop off a few pretty blocks.

You canā€™t get these blocks from anywhere else. Well Imagine one bad player goes in and plants a load of camouflaged

explosive blocks all over the place, with the deluded hope of certain players collecting those blocks. All the good

players are still coming and collecting their blocks. Some of those good players might want to collect more pretty

blocks because they want to build something really good with those blocks. How many of those good players might

accidentally collect one of those indistinguishable camouflaged explosive blocks and. Game over!

I personally donā€™t play Minecraft, but I sure hope those good players are not treated the same as the bad player

who planted those dam explosive camouflaged blocks! :rage: Because that really wouldnā€™t be fair.

Anyway. Minecraft has nothing to do with Crossout. So. Back on topic. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :stuck_out_tongue:

Yep, totally not related to the current topic winkwink

Peculiar game that Minecraft is indeed :upside_down_face:

because its a very (soviet) russian thing to uphold an extremely cynical body of laws in order to keep their subjects in check and most importantly quiet.

also the market is a big nono area, they definitely shoot first ask questions later when it comes to it, as it can potentially directly cut into their revenues.

According to this, Big Tech (that constantly censors, bans, and blocks anyone with a different to their agenda opinion) must be fully, as you refer to it, (soviet) russian. Truly no one in the whole wide world except bad meanies commies did that

I got what I wanted from you. Weā€™re done here, back to the topic.

Iā€™m not sure what made you come to that conclusion.

But I 100% agree, and so they should! But they shouldnā€™t be ignoring those who werenā€™t knowingly involved in it!
The scenario clearly shows that false accusations can be too easily earned! Lots of them!

Itā€™s beyond me for sure!
Awesome graphics thoughā€¦ :scream_cat:

Someone managed to duplicate parts, and you bought it?

oh nononono, you stay right here mister, class is over when i say so.

you and your average american gun enthusiast share the same level of understanding when it comes to basic constitutional law.

please look this stuff up afterwards if you think im making this up, google/wiki, im not going to quote because its common knowledge.

freedom of speech is not quite what you think it is. the following applies almost identically to all western style democracies, including the us.

freedom of speech is a right that acts between a state actor and a non state actor, meaning between the government and you. or between the government and a company.

freedom of speech as its guaranteed by many constitutions is not applicable between non state actors.

i.e. if you come to my house you cant say whatever you like, i can tell you to leave. if you work you cant say whatever you like about your employer without getting fired for it.

where freedom of speech kicks in is when you call your president - a dirty mean old rat, he cant put you in jail for that.

now when twitter deleted gods profile that was an action between two private sector actors, namely an individual, god, and a private company, twitter.

if the government were to forbid twitter, a private company, to delete gods twitter profile the government would infringe twitters right to conduct business free from government interference.

because, twitter banned god for not following their tos, which is part of how a company can exert their own right to freedom of speech.

therefore god getting banned from twitter is not a freedom of speech issue.

as all good conspiracy theories this one too has a valid point hidden in there amongst the rubbish.

if a company has such a large platform that it equals a public space, this is where freedom of speech lives, one could argue it should be treated as if it were a state actor.

thats why google cant put its own products ahead of all the others anymore in their search results in the eu. because its monopoly position is looked as state like.

so you could argue with some sense that twitter is such a massive platform that it should be treated like a state actor. currently you would however be in the minority on this issue regarding this company.

another example, dr. zeus didnt get ā€œcancelledā€, the company decided to pull a book from the shelves in an effort to pander to ā€œwokeā€ consumers. thats what a company is supposed to be able to do in a free economy, if they want to.

Right. Enough.

This discussion needs to be kept on topic! No more totally unrelated arguments!

Thank you. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :stuck_out_tongue:

Agreed. Iā€™m done with that person anyway. Now, was there any news about your current situation? Iā€™m sus your problem is related to the marketā€¦

On a totally unrelated matter: do you trade often? Do you buy/sell resourses and/or parts there?

Hey  I do kind of wish al the very least this discussion could stay on topic! I feel it is important

that it gets attention. A lot of people have lost their accounts, and my goal is to get the issue looked into and try to

recover my and their accounts, because since starting this topic I feel I cannot just fight for my own corner any more!

Nope. I am still being completely ignored. Or at least, havenā€™t been told anything.

Yes, trading on the market was quite a large part of my time playing Crossout! I learned to ā€œflipā€ using the market

within the first month or so of playing Crossout. I had been playing for 1 year and I had over 5000 sales and a similar

number of purchases. I remember when I purchased my first legendary part, it was a cabin I believe. I was so proud!

My technique was refined over time to always search the entire market, using the profit tab, I would work my way

through choosing Items to buy, mainly legendries, decor and paints I would try to focus my purchases to weapons

and cabins. I nearly always had 15-20 purchase orders, and 15-20 sale orders on the go, I would also frequently check

my buy/sell orders and make sure my buy orders were always first, and my sell orders lowest. Recently I did mess up

on a few items, buying them before a price drop and I ended up having to set their sell price at the highest price

available in the price corridor in preparation for the long sale. I had started to make some pretty nifty

experimentation builds using the coins I had accrued. The end goal for me was to get a more viable clan

wars build on the go so that I could better support my clan if they ever entered a match. I wanted to purchase a few

porcupines, but I never reached that goal. I never managed to earn enough coin to buy any relic and have enough left

over coin to keep my market trading habit going. I love trading! eBay, Stocks (Very low level) and a game I played

before my daughter was born, I loved the market on that. So, my trading habits on crossout may be excessive but

well within the rules. I did buy scrap, copper, wires etc if I needed them for something.

Yeah and rumour is devs donā€™t even visit this forum. What about reddit?

Nice. Iā€™m nowhere close to that. I just donā€™t feel the constant pressure and the need to check every now and then (or more like every minute) to be worth, at least on the XO market.

So I did my whale share when I felt like. Then I realized the game is going nowhere. Most likely I wonā€™t be purchasing battlepasses anymoreā€¦

Hey Kehich. I might not sound it, but I am slightly behind on most sites to be fair, I donā€™t bother with social media like

most, so even joining this forum and trying to get help at the beginning of the month was a hurdle for me lol. I have

ended up having to join discord. Redit intimidates me to be fair and I doubt I would receive any extra help there.

Lol I wasnā€™t that bad, more like between every 2-3 matches or every 1-2 raids. Or log on and log off depending on how

the matches were going. If there were ever good players in pvp with some form of structure, I would rather play!

I actually purchased this seasons and had made my mind up to spend a little more Ā£ on the game.

I enjoyed Crossout, and I rarely ever spend money on entertainment so it must be good lol.

No updates with movement changes or sideways build nerfs could destroy Crossout, only move the game forwards!

I genuinely hate to say this, problems like losing swathes of paying players and ignoring them could be the start!

Especially if the actual problem causing it is not being addressed as a matter of urgency!

Remember this guy from the start of this topic?

To each their own, I guess. Nothing wrong with liking things. Problem is, the videogame have to be successful in order to ā€œnot dieā€. Especially when the game has barely anything to offer.

Numbers are on my side and everyone here knows it. Even if they (some players I wonā€™t name) prefer to deny the reality and lie to themselves.

The reason of that one I really donā€™t understand. Why would they do that?
