Eula Account blocked until 2052. Why? šŸ˜•

Hi Leper, have you still not heard anything?

All I can say is there are a lot of people Blocked from this game for the same reason as me!

A lot of people who were blocked at the same time as me, but havenā€™t even been told what they were blocked for!

And a lot of people looking for answers that are not being given!

Purely for info. All 17 -18 -19 days ago

My account was blocked for no reason // Gaijin.net // Issues

Some of these ones need to be translated, but all the same.

My account is blocked until 2052. I havenā€™t broken any rules. // Gaijin.net // Issues

This guy made his own discussion on here: Unjust ban during the football championship - Discussion - Crossout

Falsely Banned for multiple violation of terms // Gaijin.net // Issues

This guy, I really feel bad for as his forum account is ā€œTemporarily on holdā€

Banned until 2052 ā€¦ // Gaijin.net // Issues

None of these bans have anything to do with the steel championship! Thank you again Charlie9204 for this info!

They obviously performed two ban waves at the same time, instantly fixed one, but left the other!

I only know what I know because of one genuinely decent human!

So does this mean you and these others are simply being dismissed, and they actually have no future plans to further address this issue (rhetorical)? Thatā€™s harsh, but thatā€™s what I assume from that info. They must think theyā€™ve dealt with it and have moved on. I hope thatā€™s not that case, but I havenā€™t seen this issue being addressed at all since the initial DDoS attack and the resolution Charlie mentioned.

If they have lost the required information used to verify your accountā€™s legitimacy as they did for the others, who have been since restored, and all they have to go on presently is your word, then I can see the unfortunate issue. It would then make more sense as to why they are ignoring you folks.

Somehow you didnā€™t get counted clean with the others, sounds like, but IDK. Without you actually saying what started this, Iā€™m sort of unable to form an opinion (except wow that sucks), or give you any advice you probably havenā€™t already followed. I do know first hand Gaijin customer service sucks. A pox on them and their fathers.

Iā€™m surprised this crowd has managed to keep a conspiracy of silence over the nature of the issue, frankly. How is it that people wrongly disenfranchised from this pastime have been so good at protecting secrecy for the reasons? I would have expected an angry leak by now. That part of this issue is a little weird to me, unless passing forbidden fruit was what this is all about in the first place, but whatever. I donā€™t know the reasons, and their could be millions based on how little I know.

I wish you luckā€¦butā€¦uhā€¦it looks pretty dark, eh? Some brawls suck worse than others, I guess.

What are you going to do now, drop it and just start a new account, or continue to pursue this (and be ignored, I presume)? Itā€™s ugly, I think, that they have not addressed this situation publicly (or perhaps they believe they have already), if it concerns a large amount of players.

Hello all!

Personally Iā€™m still here, hoping for a resolution. I really donā€™t want to lose so much invested time and money (Iā€™ve played this game for over 4 years and bought some battle passes, etc.), especially since I donā€™t see how Iā€™ve done anything against the rules. But at this point itā€™s irritatingā€¦ Honestly, the lack of any action or communication from Gaijin makes me feel Iā€™m being naive and they simply do not care or believe their system for banning is flawless. I will probably give up soonā€¦

One thing makes me think though - it seems we all were flipping items on the martket a lot. As far as I know this is not prohibited. The whole situation makes me very cynical so I had that one thought - what if the ā€œproblemā€ was players making too much profit without spending real moneyā€¦?

Well, hopefully Iā€™m wrong and itā€™s all just a misunderstanding of some sort. Maybe they simply donā€™t have time to look into it now since a big update is on the way. Perhaps itā€™s just a matter of time and all wrongfully banned players will be unblocked but I feel itā€™s stupid to believe that at this pointā€¦

So far it looks that way unfortunately. But I think that is a really foolish path to take.

I have found out for myself indirectly that this isnā€™t the case.

There is a rule that risks the userā€™s forum account if they disclose private message contents:

All info I have is from private messagesā€¦

On a different note. Did you read my funny story about Minecraft?

I Feel that this desperately needs to be addressed, and I now feel I am trying on behalf of the large number of players

in the same situation as me rather than just myself. No not a chance! I built my account up and the effort I put into

taking it to where it is is not something I will ever repeat!

We need all of those October banned players to get involved with this discussion!

On this particular subject, it absolutely is not!!

We all were indeed!

I have also wondered the same, but my account value was not as extensive as most! 40-50k coins

with a similar value in my storage for my builds etc. I was excessive with my trading though!

It is but either they havenā€™t realised yet or they are ignoring it because of how bad it is! Saving face maybe?

I am clinging onto this hope! Good luck buddy!

Well, this discussion is certainly being drowned out by all the talk of the new update! :expressionless:

Just take a second to think about all the players who have lost their accounts and canā€™t even try it out!

Maybe now something might get done to return all these wrongly banned players accounts to them!

alright, ill bite. so how comes you bought, i assume multiple, items from a hacked account in the market?

were they overpriced, underpriced? are you trading manually or do you have some scripts for that?

never quite understood how hackers could turn a profit by selling an accounts items. and now with the market corridors i see it even less.

I wasnā€™t looking for you to bite :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I donā€™t know what I bought, how many I bought or who I bought it/them from.

I am under the impression that the coin value is quite low, but I donā€™t know the actual value.

I have also offered to return the item/items or coin value if I no longer have whatever it is, from my account.

I have never used ā€œscripts?ā€ for anything again your knowledge of unorthodox techniques surprises me.

Manually all the way! By searching all items using the profit tab, going through and picking based on price.

I did not know anything about it until I finally got told what I had my account blocked for,

and then did the appropriate research. But I like you think it would be totally pointless due to

the price corridors, and the 10-minute or 30-minute wait times on listing an item.

I knew of some items having a 4 hour wait time on listing!

Selling in this way is obviously guilty! But buying could be anyone any time! That is why this is so bad!

There is no way to know what not to buy! I assume once the automated system links the buyer to the seller

through the trade, that is it game over for both the guilty party and the innocent buyer.

And by the looks of it there have been a LOT of buyers!

im mostly convincingly talking out of my ass. i assume its possible to write a program that can trade automatically on the in game market.

as ive said earlier here, people used to come somewhat frequently to the old forum saying their accounts had been hacked and then received help in form of all items being reimbursed in form of non tradables.

and the rumors ive heard from some guy in game ages ago are that he did that but was actually somehow working together with the hacker. so he benefitted in some way from the hacker buying/selling his stuff and then got his items back as non tradables.

but i cant really make it work in my head how those two wouldve benefitted exactly from doing this.

therefore i dont think the system that banned you just bans everyone who buys an item from a hacked account but tries to identify some sort of pattern hinting at the buyer and seller cooperating with each other outside of the in game market.

if this happened to everybody who bought a single item from a hacked account there should be many more people affected.

without market corridors and the arbiter (market regulating bot) it couldve worked something like, im selling you some amount of expensive rare paints that have no trade offers in the middle of the night at exactly this time for 1 coin. be ready to buy. here a script to time the trading perfectly between buyer and seller could come into play. but with the corridors i dont see how this works.

You are adding some good insight to the topic. I appreciate the time taken to write your messages. :+1: :+1:

It is actually really helping to read good solid points on the subject! Spit balling ideas and so on.

That is exactly how I feel about the accusation I have received resulting in my blocked account

and in fact, the whole situation! Including everything i have read up on it (which isnā€™t much, I have searched)

This would go against everything I have said if it is or were the case. I have zero way to prove that I had no contact

with anyone outside of the game, other than my word! I was successful enough on my own trading with the

appropriate tools provided within the game, I wouldnā€™t have been bothered to try and attempt such things.

The only way I think the auto system could have flagged my account is I might have purchased more than one item

from the seller? Sound feasible? I was a high-volume regular trader in the legendary sort of area.

There are a lot of players with blocked accounts, after looking on Gaijinā€™s Crossout issue page, searching here and

looking on reddit I have found 14-16 accounts all blocked for 30 years at the beginning of October this year!

How many other accounts could there be?

This kind of makes sense. But me personally, I was satisfied with my own technique and quite honestly,

I personally couldnā€™t be bothered with the complications or hassle of attempting such a task.

Plus, Iā€™m pretty sure I would have had a much higher in game coin count than I did if I were.

I had with all my market items around 40-50k coins in total, with a similar value in my storage.

Also, I never bought any item in bulk! Only ever single items!

You Sir and Mupppet42069 have got me thinking!

I always performed my market searches when looking to buy using the ā€œprofitā€ tab

In all my time using the Crossout market I have rarely ever bought anything or sold anything where I was surprised by

a price change or a purchase or sale speed. There are two items I can think of in my last say month using the market.

The new decor item ā€œdamage counterā€ varied in price drastically, I lost a lot of coin on one I purchased at around

1000+ and thanks to the price corridors and sale speed of the new item, I ended up selling it far less than I paid for it.

Before it dam well shot back up to the higher price.

But one specific item really annoyed me! and I set myself up to get burned with it!

The Yokozuna cab! That cabin has always hovered around the 3000k mark, pretty much the entire time I have been

trading at that level on the market! Does anyone remember the end of last month/beginning of this month,

itā€™s value plummeted nearly down to 2k It confused the hell out of me due to the price drop should not have been

possible due to the price corridors that @mupppet42069 mentioned earlier!

Well I bought two fairly close together as the price was falling! and I ended up at a loss with them.

The last time I logged onto my account, I had both of those listed at the highest price allowed by the

corridor at the time which would have still sold them at a loss.

Could they be the items that lost me my account?

My account was important to me not so much because of the coin value. But the complete grind effort I had put in,

I had unlocked every engineer badge part, I was level 15 on nearly all factions, and I had unlocked all the co-drivers.

And even more so were my builds! I was dam proud of what I had, completely custom to me and my play style

I had +25 rep gain + flag on all and all were -1kg below max mass! I had literally OCDā€™d every build!

And I left the dam lot on the exhibition lol.

If I were inclined to risk an account, I cared so much about on a game that I actually really liked, I would have been

messing with relics and only relics and/or massive bundles of mats etc. The two things my account has never held.

Also. If you check the very first post on this topic the one, I wrote, you will see that 6 people liked it.

one of those people was @ Lt__Dan7001 He posted here:

Hi,

I have an absolutely clear conscience and reject any accusation of fraud on my part. I can tell you here in confidence that I am 100% innocent. I have spent almost 16,000 hours in the game - have 10 relics and lots of coins.

Why should I risk such a valuable account?

Feel free to mention me in the forum.

I am firmly convinced that we were banned for the same reason. Successful on the market - without having taken any real money into our hands.

that is the only truth - but the developers are not interested in that.

greetings

Wow, I couldnā€™t said it better myself - it just perfectly describes how I feel as well.

And thatā€™s another point worth considering. Sure, my account is nowhere near worth as much as his but Iā€™ve spent a lot of time AND some money on it. Why would I invest in my account if I was using it only to grind and sell stuff for real money? It just doesnā€™t add upā€¦

I must say - everyday that whole situation becomes more and more ridiculousā€¦

So the devs wonā€™t even care to reply here, or in private messages so why even bother with this game anymore ?

When I start XO. There was many auto farming accounts. They are the first cause issues for the game. Then It was the players controlling the market prices. There was also issue on hacking accounts. What you have posts seems to me the banned accounts were involved trading with a hacked account. The trouble with this kind of trades between account do break more than a single rule. The timing with this kind of tradings also be very hard to be repeatedly done. If an account able to trade repeatedly with more than a single hacked account are very likely to be involved within a group. To trace this kind of links is not a short day or twoā€™s work from the game company.

A game do let a group of player to control their resources will die, because it wonā€™t be fun to play for the players outside the group. Game company should never lose this resources control.

If you say there is NO way for you to prove your involvement from this account on what was happened. What choice do you have as a player? If it is me, I would try to find a flaw on their logic to group players involvements.
If you do like the game as much as you have said. Start another account. This time round, everything should be so easy. That is what i have find on xbox. I have bought a 2nd PC for me to play games for now. I was able to unlock level 76 on the last Battlepass with 2 days spared.

Whatever happenā€¦I wish you good luck!!

For me it is the principal. I have been accused of knowingly doing something that I did not knowingly do!

I am always the first to admit fault if I make a mistake, but I donā€™t do anything malicious to ever have to admit to.

Plus, I did really enjoy playing the game. Every game has its flaws, but I thought this one was really well put together!

Also, I feel like I need to try my hardest for all the other players like yourself, who have lost their accounts.

I just donā€™t know what to say, where to say it or who to say it to!

I do not know which item I bought, or if I bought different items. (I always bought single items not multiple)

But not necessarily! One thing everyone who has had their account blocked had in common was they all traded

heavily on the market! If you place a buy position on an item, and you stay at the top of the buy que, no matter who

sells the next one of the items, the highest bid will always buy it! What would make it difficult for the selling account

would be the 10- or 30-minute wait for listing on most items! I have to be honest, Iā€™m still not 100% grasping what

exactly has happened! But I wouldnā€™t have done anything like this because I valued my account, it is unnecessarily

wrong and there is not enough gain for too much risk and effort. Also, like I said If I were capable of doing

something like this in Crossout it would have to be relic weapons and/or massive quantities of mats to be worthwhile

doing anyway! Even then it would put an account that I care about at risk. No, Iā€™m sorry but I have not done what I am

accused of!

I absolutely agree 100% but get it right as to whoā€™s accounts you take off them! How this is being handled is absolutely

disgusting! Every single person who I have spoken to has been ignored! Also, the two messages I have received over

the past 21 days were cold, abrupt, borderline rude, void of any direct information and overly accusatory!

How does one go about proving that arenā€™t involved with an account they do not know about? Tell me?

Also how does one go about proving they did not knowingly buy an item when they do not know what the item is!

The only info I have, is that I bought something, and its value is less than the coin in my account!

And I have not been offered the resolution of paying back the value of the item from my account!

This is what I am consistently trying to do! Clearly the automated market system is flawed! It is very hard for

someone who never delved into what they are accused of to understand how to explain the faults in the accusation!

Not a chance in hell will I do everything I did all over again! If this doesnā€™t get sorted, I will likely never touch any

online game again! Let alone any Targem or Gaijin title! I am already pretty much fully put off as it is!

I certainly wouldnā€™t be recommending Crossout anymore!

Thank you. I appreciate that!

Enough of this back and forwards! Please could A decent GM CM or someone take notice of this diabolical mess!

Understand that there has been a huge mistake in the system, and actually look into all the accounts asking for help

for the same issue! Clearly one person or even a group has done something on the market and dragged a load of

innocent players down with them! Ban whoever they are! But come on do you really think the number of players you

blocked from their accounts at the beginning of October are all truly guilty! prove you are good employees of a decent

company and answer all the messages. Give the details make an effort to actually find out if you made a mistake! Heck

Post on this topic for everyone to see, just give some sort of response! Iā€™m pretty sure you arenā€™t all Ostriches? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I want to see what the update is all about! and I want to get back to playing Crossout and getting my ass kicked! :smirk_cat:

I wrote to them again providing evidence of my methods. I, like all the masters of the market, do not have to risk our accounts, in these 5 years with only 2 battle passes I managed to make my store worth around 380k, I think it is clear that they does not pay much attention to us because we are successful without investing real money.
