  1. Nickname or userid of the accused player.
  2. On which platform: PC/PS/XBOX.
  3. Circumstances: describe what happened in as much detail as possible and which game rule(s) have been violated in your opinion.
  4. Arguments and Evidence. If possible, present evidence in the form of screenshots or video (in most cases a video proof of the whole round is highly recommend).
  5. Please also ensure to report incidents using the in-game functionality as well.

If you think that you have been unjustly punished, you can send me a private message as well and we will look into the case.

I have not been able to fill any appeal form in as there is no link to it, so I have no instructions to follow.

I am trying my best to follow the outlined procedure, but I must be missing something. Although others have mentioned the same issue.

The appeal procedure is mainly a free form message on the appeal topic to the senior moderator. The list of required information are important to identify the account and the issue.

If an information was missing and necessary, HornOchse would have asked it from you. Just send a private message to the contact he gave you, as he recommended. You can find him on the ā€˜userā€™ tab in the forum (footer of main page).

Let me know if you have other questions.

Thank you Charlie9204 for clearing that up for me. It makes much more sense now!

The only info I can provide is my nickname, platform and an explanation of receiving the block on my account.

I was just flat out told that he could not help me.

I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to help and provide the information.

But I am starting to feel that I am now putting in far too much effort to get a block that I did not deserve removed from this game myself. This is not your fault, and I am not being sharp with you Charlie9204, but the process so far is making me wonder what is actually going on.

Jesus, two battlepasses running at the same time, and thereā€™s not enough money to have a decent technical support that can fix erroneous automated bans lmao.

No offense to mods (I like you Charlie), but Targem needs to hire actual employees rather than throw free packs at volunteers who have no power and info at all. This is an hilarious shitshow.

Between this and the dying servers, Iā€™m def going back to not spending a dime on that broken game.

I have not been affected by this, but i would like to point out. Shouldnā€™t the event extent for 2 days? Just to let those paid for the BP and was ban to catch up?

The news indicate the event extended until October 9 inclusive, because of the preceding DDoS (servers) issues.
The bans were actually very short, both news (the ban wave and the correction) were done on the same day, the 6th of October. Players wrongly banned got un-banned the same day or so and got 2 days premiums according the news.

So players on this topic might have other issues than the one from the Steel Championship wave.

I too have come to the opinion that at least my own block on the game is not because of the steel championship.

I am still working on finding out what my ban is for. One thing I can say is that no GM will actually say

what I did to receive it, if I did anything to receive it or if it can or even will be removed.

That is what players like to see. Quick respond with explanation. I know there will be some canā€™t be pleased. Aside from the support which can take up to 2 days(from my pass experience). Here, players can get the message to the game company a bit quicker. Thx!!

And now my dam pc is playing up.

WHEA error bsod. Soā€¦ Iā€™m slowly loosing the will to live here lol.

I lost my game. and now my pc is playing up, been doing it a while now,

but rebuilding the thing seems to sort it for a bit.

Has anyone else had any luck with their bans mentioned on here?

A Community Manager contacted to me and He told me the reason for my ban, I had to argue why I consider it unfair, now I wait for an answer. The ā€œreasonā€ is something different than the Steel Championship bans.

Hey at least that is something! I havenā€™t been told what my 30-year ban is for. What company bans people for 30 years? Without even using a warning system? Also, without knowing what the ban is for how am I meant to appeal?
I hope they will overlook whatever the reason was for you bud. :crossed_fingers:

No, I wouldnā€™t say so, just the average company with very thinly spread staff considering the vast numbers of people

who play and probably the high message volume they have to deal with.

I have finally got an answer regarding the reason for my ban!

And it is totally unrelated to anything I thought it could have been!

I am pretty sure I will get my account reinstated because I had nothing to do with what it was for!

I am not going to say what it was for because I donā€™t want to interfere with the process of rectifying it.

But what I will say to everyone in a similar situation is be patient and wait for the response.

you both kind of sound like you have been caught cheating. macros? always wondered if they can do that. at least share for entertainment after youre done with it.

i know second hand that some of the people who used to come to the old forum saying their account got hacked, actually cheated and succesfully reclaimed their old gear as non tradables.

Firstly, if you had of read the whole discussion you would have seen that there are 5 of us with blocked accounts not 2!

If I have repeatedly said I havenā€™t breached the Eula and I donā€™t know what the ban on my account is for, made guesses

at what it could have been for, such as the steel championship or chat violations, and then said once I finally got told

what it was for that it was something totally different to what I thought it could be, oh and made this discussion about

it. Then I must be guiltyā€¦

Macros? what are they then, you already know more than me. You sound very curious about thoseā€¦ :thinking:

Was that really 2nd hand experience? You sound like you spend a lot of time looking into cheats, asking people whom

you think may have used them, and then asking for info on how to use them.

I personally do not cheat; I think the last time I used a cheat code was once I had completed Quake 2 on hard too

many times to count way back when I was a teenager and wanted to mess about using noclip, notarget and god mode

to prat about with the Strogg. I wouldnā€™t want to use them in any game now simply because cheating removes the

feeling of progression, even on ridiculously grindy games such as Crossout. Plus. Why risk it?

As of now, the last pc game I played was another mmorpg which I stopped when my daughter was born 13 years ago.

I only downloaded Crossout because I liked the concept and wanted something to do after I left hospital with covid

and lost my job because I couldnā€™t do it anymore.

Yes, I apologise! I got my rant on, but comments like yours are so unnecessary when already dealing with the stress of

losing a yearā€™s worth of that ridicules grind I mentioned earlier for something that I did not do.

Iā€™ll tell you guys that my friend also got a ban and in my opinion he got it for using ā€œgeforce nowā€ because the scammers could easily have 2 games for 1 pc and there was an ip argument and for that he got a ban

you behave like an underdeveloped attentive which has to go to something, this is the forum to write posts, it is irrevocably for the power to appeal from the punishment which was made with an alogrite for every ip, and there are a lot of people who play geforce now and there are arguments and ip ties with normal players. consequently, the innocent were banned and the accounts with zero value NONE ELSE ā€¦
